If you are struggling with thoughts to end your own life, read my testimony first. I myself have been tempted to end my life, but with one exception - I did not go into the trap.
This happened to me many years ago. At that time I had a one-man technical workshop. I was then in the workshop and was engaged in repairing technical equipments.
I had never had any thoughts about committing suicide, actually I was happily married and we had two young children. We did well as an average family; we had a nice home and had a nice community of friends and acquaintances. Nothing in my life was inclined to the fact that I could shorten my life.
Something happened when I sit at my desk. An inspiration came to me to put a noose around my neck, but I did NOT accept that invitation. Yet I experienced a wonderful feeling of happiness around my neck, right where the noose would tighten, it felt like the world's largest euphoria.
Now I knew what it was about, and what gave me this experience. As you can imagine, I am a Christian and have walked with the Lord for many years. I took action and ordered the intruder to get out.
Whatever the category is, I want to tell you the truth about life and the afterlife. There is a spiritual world as real as the world we live in. The earth and the universe are created by God who also created us humans.
In the spiritual world are good and evil forces. Most people have heard of God, Jesus Christ, and the evil one, the devil. Satan (Lucifer) was created as one of the top angels in heaven. But he rebelled against God and was thrown out.
The evil that we see everywhere in the world today is the work of the devil. No healthy creature wants to hurt someone else. They care about others and want them to have a good life.
The devil hates God because he was thrown out of Heaven, and he hate peoples because they are God's creations. He only has one in mind: to steal and kill and destroy. (John 10:10) The devil knows he can never return to heaven, therefore he does everything he can to show his hatred of God, by tricking people into hell.
For those who have suffered from the idea to end your life, I want to highlight what is ahead. When life on earth ends, there are only two destinations that you can get to. Belonging to God, then you're going to heaven, and if you do not belong to God, then you're going to hell.
If you would shorten your life you will end up in hell. I do not want to scare you, but you must know the truth. Continue reading this article, then you will discover that you are not a hopeless case; you are indeed loved by God!
The devil uses every opportunity he gets in a difficult situation; he will "help" to liberate man from his circumstances. His "help" is to deceive the person and make him believes; "terminate life now and you get to sleep for good, for there is nothing else after that" - that is Fraud!
You should understand what is going on; life does not stop if you end your life:
1 You were created by God to live a good life here on earth, and later on living in God's heaven for all eternity. Every human being has equal dignity before God.
2 Devil's plan is to blind you so you can not see that you are loved by God and that he has a wonderful plan for your life.
3 It is true that you can be so strongly depressed by the situation, that you can not see anything other than suicide as the only solution in life. But there's a key that can take you out to freedom from oppression so that you can clearly see that there is something more - a freedom and joy in life that you have not seen before.
4 Key to Freedom is calling on the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the one who has all power in heaven and on earth. He also defeated the devil when he paid the price for our salvation by his death on the cross. If you call on Jesus Christ, He hears you. He hears everything you say. God's spirit is in fact in all the earth. When you call on the name of Jesus for help, then the devil must leave you, for Jesus has power over him!
5 You only need to say, "Jesus, help me!" These words are enough for him to listen to you. Now you can tell Jesus Christ that you are in trouble and you want him to help you.
Every man has a free will to choose in life. I present to you a better life than what the devil is trying to lure you into. There is an existence in God's heaven, where love, joy, peace and harmony prevail. There is no evil in heaven; the peoples love one another. Actually it was so from the very beginning of creation when God created Adam and Eve, the first human beings.
God himself is at the centre of the universe. He has time for every individual as if you were the only person on earth; such is his concern for man.
You who are reading this, your life are as valuable as any other human being. You have an equal right to belong to God and His Son Lord Jesus Christ. He wants to fellowship with you in this life, and then spends eternity with you in God's heaven, because He loves you!
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. (John 3: 16 - 8)
You can turn your back on all your thoughts to end your life. God's spirit is present throughout the earth. He knows everything about us. He will not force us, but he has given us a free will to take the plunge into communion with him, then he will give us what we ask of him.
It says in Romans 10: 9-13
2nd Corinthians 5:17,
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

You may just be tired of life; you have no spark of life when one has nothing to look forward, and therefore would like to end your life. Don't let the devil tempt you to be lost. Receive Jesus Christ as your saviour and redeemer. When you ask Jesus Christ to forgive you your sins and invite Him into your heart, then you have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile-the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Pray this prayer and believe it in your heart, then you will be saved. Lord Jesus came into my life. Forgive me all my sins.
I pray that you cleanse my heart and make me right now a new creation in you.
I believe you are the Son of God and that You died for me on a cross, and raised from the dead.
Jesus, I want to thank you for loving me so much that you gave your life for me. I accept all that your shed blood has done for me on the cross.
